The 3.5 and 4.3 mm diameters have a narrow platform 

prosthetic head.

The 5.0 and 6.0 mm diameters have a regular platform

The Pearl-Z implant is packaged sterile in a double blister.

It is a self-tapping, double thread screw implant and micro

threads at the top. 

It is ideal for immediate loading and stability.

It is also a bone level system with an internal connection.
